Friday, September 4th, 2009At this point we all agree that Pleo is the cutest electronic pet you can buy right now. It is designed to match the appearance and behavior of a baby dino. And that’s the best of it. You know, real dino babies usually get quite big with the time. And yes, as long as the batteries last, it is absolutely faithful to the master!
History of Lego Bionicle Sets Through Commercials and Videos
Tuesday, May 20th, 2008
Since year 2001 Lego has been producing Bionicle action figures, one of its most successful line of toys. If you are not familiar with the storyline, all Bionicles names and sets look similar (they are not, of course), so I decided to create a Bionicle timeline using Lego official commercials and other videos available at YouTube.
To know more about the Bionicle storyline and sets, you can go to the Bionicle Wikipedia Page and use it as a startup page to all things Bionicle (lots of links and info there). If that’s not enough, you can check the excellent BZPower website for more interesting information such as news, sets reviews, discussion forums, commercial promotions, and all kind of fan stuff.
I must admit that it was somewhat difficult to build a complete timeline of all Bionicle sets, so I chose only to provide videos for all heroes, neutral and villains characters canister sets, leaving away all the titans and boxed sets. C’mon, don’t complain, just sit and enjoy the videos!
