Awesome LEGO Monsters and Aliens Sculptures
The LEGO Company has always produced very good looking sets. They have even created some expensive and hard to build outstanding collectors’ sets like this impressive Millennium Falcon. But what makes the difference is the work produced by independent LEGO artists all over the world.
Here’s a small gallery of awesome monsters and aliens made entirely in LEGO. This is not your average MOC (My Own Creation) created with bricks and tiles. These artists use the most strange pieces and uncommon colors LEGO has created. Don’t try to do this at home with your kids’ DUPLO sets ;-)!
Before starting with the images, I would like to give credit to the amazing Brick Brothers blog for making this research easier. I suggest you to visit their site to see the latest and most interesting Lego creations available.

Call me old fashioned, but personally i don’t like seeing lego sculptures with all of these new “specaialty” pieces. To me, legos were a handfull of basic pieces.
4 X 2 blocks
2 X 2 blocks
2 X 1 blocks
1 X 1 blocks
The versions of those with slanted sides.
The versions of those with no pegs on top.
The versions of those wiith holes in them
Some wheels
Maybe a few others like the tall 2 x 1 blocks or things such as windows.
Those were the true Legos.
I look at these and see all of these special tentical pieces and other special stuff, and to me, those aren’t true lego sculputures. =\
